PenLab is currently the go-to platform for comic book creators and readers. They have a wide array of curated comics you can read from the biggest names to the rising artists and storytellers.
With the PenLab Plus subscription, you get access to more titles and support your favorite artists at the same time. They also have an app that makes reading Pinoy comics convenient anywhere and anytime you want to.
UPDATE: The Penlab app ceased its operations in late November 2023. In May 2024, its founder Bernie Mercado announced that he would be stepping away from the komiks community along with a letter of apology to Penlab artists. Penlab is now unavailable from all platforms.
2. WebKom
Similar to PenLab, WebKom is a digital space packed with komiks but also expands on web novels and animations. It has a thriving community of illustrators, writers, and animators, offering room for young and independent creators to hone their craft and share it with the world.

Getting your daily fix of komiks as you scroll through Facebook is another great option. Most komikeros today share their works on their social media accounts, all you have to do is give them a follow, and you’ll be updated whenever they share a new comic strip you can read. Plus, the social media platform’s algorithm will also start recommending more artists you can follow.
